MISSION
Student-centered; It has an infrastructure that is open to change in line with requests based on feedback, in mutual interaction with its stakeholders, where technological innovations are effectively used, employees reveal their own potential and innovation is supported; To provide services that contribute to education and training by collaborating with other units of the university, and where the satisfaction of all our stakeholders is at a high level.
VISION
It is to collect the necessary information and resources in the structure of our university for the efficient realization of educational activities and to offer them to the service of internal and external stakeholders in the best and fastest way.
AUTHORITIES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the framework of the mission and vision; by catching the technological changes of the age, to ensure the coordination of the student automation system and last from the first registration to graduation;
- Organization of registration of new students,
- Organization of registration renewal and course registration procedures each semester,
- Uploading the tuition fee or tuition fee to be collected from students each semester to the Student Information System, ensuring that it is followed up by our academic units,
- Follow-up of loan and scholarship transactions,
- Preparation of statistical information,
- Preparing the academic calendar,
- Graduation, diploma and diploma supplement printing processes,
- ID printing processes,
- Making the most of the human resources of the unit and strengthening the cooperation among the employees,
- To contribute to the preparation of our university's regulations and directives and to change them according to the conditions of the day,
- To organize all kinds of statistical information about students, to give horizontal-vertical transfer quotas and announcements,
- To publish all kinds of announcements about students,
- To determine and develop the plan and the path to be followed that will minimize the effects of negativities and weaknesses by making the best and maximum use of existing strengths and opportunities.
